Unfortunately your chain of collection failed and I needed to contact parcelforce for a next day collection. This was the only problem !!

Need to know at least a 1-2 hour time slot for collection. Wasted a whole day stuck in the house as collection wasn't till 5pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Order picked up by lunch and delivered by breakfast next day, couldn't ask for better.

Parcel has mysteriously vanished worth over £600 Courier collected and has not been delivered I am in the proceedings of legal advice
