Parcel monkey coms were very good, unfortunately, the courier damaged a box and some contents which was not PMs fault

The driver did not collect the day arranged, when I called customer serv. they told me I need to re-book ???? Was it my fault??? Very poor.

Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology and the improvements will hopefully be available in late summer.
one item was completely smashed and beyond repair. Not happy at all
