I need to send bikes by courier, the box is 135cm x 20cm x 75cm sometimes I get a quote sometimes not, yet City Link will carry them..

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
