Carrier did not collect on the day you said they were going to. Will go direct in future to get real collection time

Wonderful service with an easy collection. Delivery was very quick to the USA and took only three days to arrive for an excellent price :)

Courier should estimate what they will pick the parcel, morning or evening. Instead the say anytime and they don't deliver next day.

Our Response: They do deliver next day in over 97% of cases. We agree regarding an ETA but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
