Our Response: Many of these are caused by stand in drivers covering for the regular courier drivers who are on holiday. Rest assured we will speak to the courier companies about this though.

The boxes were quite battered on arrival, with one small item having been broken. Apart from that I was very happy. Would recommend.

Our Response: On the day you booked to Italy we raised our prices by a few pence to cover a fuel surcharge change. Sorry you had to pay a tiny bit more.
