My only issue was a lack of clarity on the exact pickup time- in the end I left the package at the side of the house which helped

As busy people it would be very advantageous to know whether the parcel would be collected AM or PM.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Courier are an atrociously poor provider. Problems every time
