Much of your documentation seems unneccessary if only documents and not goods are being sent

Our forms are created for the majority which is goods and not documents being shipped.
Meant to collect the Wed, didnt come until the Friday after me calling to advise collection wasnt made

In this case I imagine you got a basic quote but when adding a postcode that was classed as a remote area when making the actual booking the cost went up.

Need to know at least a 1-2 hour time slot for collection. Wasted a whole day stuck in the house as collection wasn't till 5pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Order picked up by lunch and delivered by breakfast next day, couldn't ask for better.
