A pick up time would be good. Not a fan of having to wait in all day for the delivery.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
packages delivered abd collected on the days requested but it would be better if you had a specfic timeslot instead of all day

same day collections are very difficult for the couriers to manage as the drivers day is planned very early in the morning. If they have moved away from your location it may not be cost effective or possible from a time point of view to return and make the collection that day.

Our Response: You are our customer and should contact our dedicated online support team and not the courier if you need to raise an issue.
The collection and delivery were via City Link and there was no indication what time they would call for the item which was disappointing

although 4 parcels were measured and paid for collector was only able to take 3 as his bag was not large enough, annoying has to come back.

Our Response: The bag is the same size and if the measurements matched those declared at the time of booking then it should have fitted inside.
