the 1 time i used parcel monkey the item i sent was damaged in transit but the insurance covered the repairs this time though it was great

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Overall very good. Only problem was printing if label as parcel was being collected from 3rd party & I didn't have their email address.
