Parcel arrived late & so very badly damaged it had to be s****ped. Contacted P.M. no compensation or refund of Courier charges. Do not use !

The only problem I have is that you cannot contact their depot by phone kept waiting 3/4 hour before I hung up and phoned main office .

Narrow the time down for collection, between 0800-1730 isn't much help when you work. I waited in all day and parcel was collected at 1720.
