There is full live tracking for the service you selected.
Did not collect parcel on the scheduled date, delivery driver ran out of time and no communication to let me know.

A very easy service to use. It would be helpful if the couriers could give an AM or PM timeout though!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Pleased with the price and the fact it is collected and delivered on time...better than the post office

Our Response: When you booked it was clearly explained that it's an "anytime" collection window. We did pass on your message but if the courier is in your area at that time of day then he will try to collect.

despite being boxed twice & wrapped in bubble wrap Courier completly broke item. Will never use again, wish I stayed with another courier.
