The parcel service was fine but the level of harresment I have suffered to leave a review is very off putting.

Got matched with Parcelforce for price, no issues with collection but package arrived smashed. This I reported, then got pestered with reporting it through their tool, which I did. Then got asked to provide information I already have given, but I did it again anyway. After answering about a dozen specific questions I got told that item isnt insured even though that wasnt the case when I paid for collection and shelled out for additional insurance. Then I got pestered into leaving a review. Well, here it is.

Very good service I used them with parcel force doing the collection and delivery.
Only slight issue was the tracking side. Could not be told what time it would be collected or what time it would be delivered.
But good price.

Avoid! You will be stuck with extra charges (which they automatically charge to your card) for unrealistic reasons. When spoken to customer services hauled round in circles and then ignored when they run out of excuses to avoid refunding!

Useless. Yes matched me with cheapest courier (parcelforce) who damaged my package in delivery and refuse to concede any responsibility. So parcel monkey ‘worked’ as such, am I happy? No. @ParcelMonkey you should ask users what they are shipping and only include results for couriers that accept packages of this type and that they are covered by insurance etc.

Whilst the parcel did arrive within the estimated time, service would be greatly improved if tracking information was kept up to date. For at least 6 days it stated it was sorted and at international hub for export. The next day it was delivered.

I left my hand luggage with car keys in my hotel on the way home from a family trip. The hotel was happy to help but I had to arrange a courier myself. I arranged it online with minimal effort. Parcel labels were emailed to me and I forwarded them to the hotel. I was able to track the parcel online and it was delivered 20 hours later to my relief. Excellent service.

Well, TBH- I was little afraid about the courier from parcel monkey as was doing for first time and they were inexpensive. I took a shot and now I am.so relieved and happy with their service. The courier guy was also helpful and they indeed delivered on time. They gain the trust and I hope more services. Recommended!
