The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 7 days. It is now on 12 days at the parcel is still not out for delivery. Very disappointed as it was a birthday present and it has missed the birthday date due to it being nearly double the time quoted.

They took a surcharge for the package claiming to be larger than what was paid for without asking or sending the measurements Parcel Monkey claim it be . The surcharge is more than what it would of been if bought with those measurements on their website minus the PM handling fee. The measurements according to them are way more then what they actually are. I do not have the time to argue with them for petty cash. The feedback will be more helpful for others reading this .

Excellent. I was expecting the parcel to be collected from me (Northants) on Saturday but it was collected ahead of schedule, on Friday which was great. It was a Bank Holiday on the Monday for the Queens funeral and our Son received the parcel on the Tuesday in Essex. Very quick. Well done.

Very easy to get the best deal around on sending parcels across the UK.
I booked a Parcel through Parcel monkey UK and used DPD. Collected from me on Tuesday and the parcel was safely delivered to my customer the next day.

Absolutely awful service , AVOID this company , the parcel I sent was never delivered and then it got sent back to them , they then sent me a email asking if I wanted it destroyed or returned to me for £16.99. I paid the £16.99 for a return and I’ve still not received my parcel back after 3 weeks. I’ve contacted them and received no help at all and now they are blanking my messages . So I’ve lost out on the parcel worth £100 . Also my £16.99 . And now I’ve got to refund the person who bought the item on eBay . (They also ask if you want your parcel covered by insurance , Ive now found out that it’s a lie as they don’t cover anything you send it’s just a way of getting extra money off you!!!) Ive had to contact trading standards about this ! AVOID !!!!!!

Terrible. If you want a reliable service go elsewhere. Booked a collection for a next day delivery, received a reference and label. Didnt turn up. Didnt have contact from anyone. Called UPS (courier) the next day who had the reference but no collection details address etc and said they could access it as it was held by parcel monkey and Id have to contact them. Tried to ring Parcel Monkey but they dont have a phone number had to email and wait. They emailed back and no apology, was just told next collection would be 3 days later. I accept that sometime collections get missed but I was not contacted to either inform me it had been missed or offer alternative date. Neither happened. Nor was I given a sensible alternative. Booked via parcelforce in the end and dropped off same day at the post office (which was also about £5 cheaper) Waiting for a refund now. Useless

When I sell something through eBay I try and quite an accurate price for postage. I normally quote from Parcelforce using weight and size.
Once my item has sold, I go to Parcel Monkey for lots of options - it gives the buyer more choice on delivery time or date.
Usually, the price is cheaper than my original quote from Parcelforce, so everyone is happy.

Dont use this service. There is no way of contacting the customer service. The live chat is just a faked that doesnt exist. I have paid for the service but no label arrives to be able to drop off the parcel at the depot- The UPS courier is useless. Very frustrating. I have used Parcel Force which is better. I have to cancel my order and rebook with parcel force

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LOST PARCEL, STILL SAYS BEING RETURNED TO DPD. PAID INSURANCE AND WHEN TRIED TO CLAIM THEY SAID WAS NOT COVERED ON THEIR PROHIBITED LIST. LOOKING AT THE LIST EVERYTHING IS PROHIBITED AND APPARENTLY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER CLASSES AS BOTTLED LIQUID. CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

5days turned to 10 days again took parcel to depot should have made it a 4 day delivery but sat in the depot 2 days before it moved then at the other end had to be picked up from a parcel shop not delivered . The service works very slowly never on time on the plus side it’s cheaper if you can afford the time to wait for delivery. I paid for 5 day priority delivered to addressee

I had an oversized package (a piece of art given to my by a friend overseas) delivered from Brighton UK to Rhode Island USA. Given the oversized package and the fragility of the package and the nature of customs, I anticipated long delays and possible damage. While it took a few days longer than projected everything was in perfect shape when it arrived.
Customer service was helpful and followed up quickly with updates as they said they would. I definitely will use Parcel Monkey again when the need arises.

Very easy site to work with and around.
Was looking for a reasonably priced pickup and delivery what I got was an incredible experience. The parcel was picked up from my home you could follow your parcel almost instantly and was then delivered next day it took less than 24hours from start to finish, would recommend using DHL and parcel monkey for any courier needs well done to both.
