Royal Mail didnt turn ip

Parcel Monkey lost my parcel in May and have been fobbing me off ever since with excuses about trying to locate the parcel. I would say after six months that the parcel (which was a return item) is never going to be found!) So I am out of pocket because I didnt get my refund on the item and the delivery charge was high because it was going to Germany and Parcel Monkey never even offered me any compensation for their incompetence and have now decided to close the case! Very poor! I will never use them again.

I sent 4 parcels with ParcelMonkey during a move from the UK to France on Nov 11. I was given a single tracking number for all 4 parcels. On Nov 15, I was informed that one of the parcel was delayed. During the following 2 weeks, I was in constant communication with ParcelMonkey but they just kept saying they submitted requests for information to the courier but had no update. It was much faster for me to deal directly with DPD. I learned over time that the parcels would not make their way to France but would be sent back to the UK because of an unspecified "operational error". On December 1st, they still kept saying that they had no updates from the courier but a single parcel was returned to the UK address. Its been 3 weeks that I sent 4 parcels, one has been returned to the sender and I have no idea where the 3 others are. Customer support has been inexistent.

Parcel Monkey was substantially cheaper to use than the Post Office for sending a parcel to Australia. The parcel arrived 8 days after sending from the UK. I will definitely use them again.

First time I had used this service. Was guided on line through process of booking, completing address label & customs paperwork. Advice re packing parcel helpful too. Parcel was dropped off at collection area. Was pleased that parcel arrived timely at destination.

Awful company, I paid for next day delivery and it finally arrived 24 hours late. I paid this company extra money for next day. Tried calling them, on hold for 30 minutes, finally got to speak to someone who said she would connect my call but just cut me off. There is no comeback from them, no partial refund, they say these things happen and they can, if Id used Royal Mail I would have got a full refund. I wont ever use Parcel Monkey again, I feel cheated. I would advise people to use a company you trust and can rely on, this isnt Parcel Monkey as they dont value customers

dropped my parcel off at the designated drop off point..I contacted the recipient 8 days later only to be told it never arrived so on checking I found it still at the drop off point,contacted PM only to find they were UNAWARE that no parcels had been collected for at least 8 days..my parcel was finally collected and arrived 10 days after posting..I complained to PM and requested a refund of the £9 fee however they flatly refused claiming( terms and conditions) that the parcel was delivered less than 5 working days after Courier collected it (8 days late)..so no refund for atrocious service and customer care...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE....

The courier company DPD was supposed to another courier during a 1- hour time period, I was at home working only 3 metres from the front door which has a bell and door knocker but the courier never arrived and I was sent an email saying I was not there when he called!!! I rebooked for the following day and waited all day for the parcel to be collected, no text/email from DPD to give a 1-hour time slot this time and I waited in all day until it was collected after 4 pm... no apology or explanation from the courier.

Parcel Monkey’s service has gone downhill! I had been a loyal customer of Parcel Monkey UK for years until they stopped working with Courier since the Covid pandemic started. The current courier service suppliers from their UK route to HK are only run by ParcelForce and DPD… I’ve tried both, and both have been the worst shipping companies on earth, late delivery, incomplete tracking info and even lost my parcels before. Whatever you expect a good courier service provider to offer, they both are lack of the criteria. My parcel was shipped on 22nd Nov through DPD from London to HK, which was scheduled to be delivered today according to DPD’s online tracking system. It is a scam given the fact of my parcel is currently nowhere to be found. The whole situation is utterly frustrating as the PM service rep can only offer very generic responses like robots. I wonder if they work to ruin customers’ lives for living.

What a wonderful company ! Found me the cheapest rate to send my parcel which was quite large. The parcel was collected the next day and delivered by the following day. Could not believe it !! I wholeheartedly recommend you use this company for all your parcels.
