An amazing service parcel was actually collected early as driver was in the area arrived next day as paid for.y collection employee was polite and helpful I will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends

I have sent in a review, expressing how useless the after sales service is. My parcel was supposed to be delivered next day was not collected on time or delivered for four days. Parcel monkey washed their hands claiming it was nothing to do with them, asked for parcel number which they got and then did not respond

To be fair, on this occasion, I would give less than one star if possible. Ive been using parcel monkey for many years now without too many issues. However after using a parcel monkey premium delivery service to send out custom made merch for a Jubilee event (via parcelforce, with a two day window for safety) that did not arrive in time, I have tried to use the insurance taken out against failed delivery to be told that they courier was told by the addressee to reschedule. Therefore they have sided with parcelforce and deem the service complete. The kicker....on this occasion I was the sender sending to my business partner at the venue where I would be joining later. This delivery was not changed. After years of using this service I think it is time to look around, and I would urge anyone to think hard about how desperately you need your parcel to arrive on time. 8 days later and my consignment is neither at the venue or back with myself. Also the insurance seems to be just free money for parcelmonkey because they will side with the courier over their customer so at the very least save yourself a few pounds.

Chose the service to send the letter to Denmark, it stated it’ll take 2-3 days. It’s been a week and the letter was s not there yet. People who was supposed to get it have already left the country so I have to arrange it to be sent back to me for extra costs. Very disappointed with this ‘global priority’ service

Very bad, My very important documents via UPS werent delivered and they could not even track where the document was. Utter disgrace and low grade service .

Unfortunately my parcel is taking weeks longer than it said it would... still waiting and unable to get through to a real person to talk to regarding this. Although I can see the tracking status says its still in collection country awaiting export... disappointing not to receive parcel in time.

When all is well you hear nothing. But we had a £52 extra charge for a package they said we under sized when booked. The booking was for £19.50 for a sheet of plastic which is quite expensive as it is. We only sell certain sizes so we knew their measurements were incorrect but they just didnt want to know. So when you need them you hear nothing too. We do not reccommend them at all.

Easy and clear booking online however paid for Parcelforce24 collection on a Thursday and the package wasnt collected until the Monday, so felt a little let down. However the package was delivered to its final destination on the Tuesday

My parcel has been returned back to me claiming that some forbidden items were in it which it is not a true claim. I have asked them to refund me the cost which is £133 but they said that it is not possible to refund it back as I have used their services. I am concerned that if my parcel hasnt been delivered and returned it back to me, so what is the meaning of me have been using their service. I would be happy if they take some of it for covering the driver cost but when they did not deliver it, they shouldnt take all money.

I booked a Parcel Delivery through Parcel Monkey but when I checked on the ParcelForce website it would have been cheaper to book direct rather than use a bunch of monkeys. It is impossible to speak to any of the Monkeys and it is now 4 working days since the parcel was despatched on a 2 day delivery and it has only just reached the Central Hub. Next time I’ll look for a parcel pisgeon!

I sent items on the 1st of June. It was indicated that the delivery is within 2 days from shipment.it is the 7th of June today and parcel has just reached the destination country, not evwn the addresee. This is truly dosappointing service.

Great comparison site for shipping your parcels in UK or further afield. Choose the option that suits you for your size and weight of parcel (just look for VAT for some of options to be added to total price), then pay online and print your labels and any other necessary documention. Can choose to take to a drop off point or have it collected- in your initial choice. I have used on numerous occasions and find it very handy, and also not shocked at the counter when I discover the postage costs!
