DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, terrible service, lost my parcel completely and just kept saying repeatedly over tons of emails that they would update me when the courier got in touch with them. Kept ignoring my requests for refund or to access the couriers details so I could contact them myself. Said that the recipient had requested an alternative delivery date (this was a large reputable company that they were delivering to) even though they say the attempted delivery was 3.30pm on a Thursday (usual opening times). I still do not have my package or a refund or have any idea where my expensive parcel is. Save yourself the time and stress, I made a HUGE mistake using this company (if you can call them a company). Honesty I feel like Im dealing with a fraudulent company who wave all responsibility and just say it is down to the courier!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Bit of trouble at the post office as the bar code was coming up with an error message. Could be a problem with the postoffice rather than Parcel Monkey

My parcel did not get delivered. Trusted addressee assures me no attempt to deliver or contact them have been made. Atrocious customer service from Parcel Monkey. No solution or desire to help whatsoever. I used parcel monkey a few times in past, but will never do anymore.

Terrible. More than a week so far. Promised delivery earlier this week but didn’t happen. Now promised Wednesday next week. What a crazy service! Also difficult to track and chase. I’m thinking more dpd problem that parcel monkey bit for the customer a total disaster.

Just don’t! Go to the post office Instead. It took them 4 weeks instead of 4 days to deliver my parcel and now they are trying to overcharge me for 32£ “extra weight”. My parcel was 14 kg, they decided to say it was 40 kg and are trying to charge my card.

If youre sending something from the UK to the USA then its not worthwhile using Parcel Monkey if its light.
Post Office is cheaper for anything under 2kg.
