Paid over £30 for a radiator to be shipped. Weighed on site as 32kg before shipping, which matched the advertised weight on the box and from the manufacturers advertised package weight on their website. A few days after delivery, ParcelMonkey contacted me to say they were charging an additional £76 due to the package supposedly being weighed as 40kg when they received it. A parcel doesn’t grow 8kg while in transit! Absolute con artists. I will not be using this service again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I do not know if you have a Policy of employing disadvantaged people out of kindness and consideration as your Employees all appear to be dumb. (they do not speak). Also they do not appear to understand or grasp the meaning of FRAGILE as I witnessed the Courier today DROP the parcel, not place it, on the van back trailer board so he could open the back door. A little training in basic manners and care and consideration in handling parcels would not be wasted,

Not going to use this 3rd party company again go directly to the courier Got over charged on a parcel that already cost £17 and I over compensated on the parcel dimension Challenged the extra cost Oh and no response or reply ????

We dont trust TrustPilot for obvious publicly proven reasons, any requests to review via TrustPilot will be negative for this reason, they are misleading manipulators in favor of their premium paying customers. Use TrustPilot, get bad reviews. Already proven on TV several times. If companies give my data to TrustPilot to bug me for reviews, then I will complain that my GDPR data protection has been breached and leave a negative review. Ho to destroy your brand, trustPilot will delete this soon, which proved my point.

Have to say I have to give a negative view because my parcel wasn’t picked up but over seven days. When I try to reschedule can you pick up I was told I had to cancel my original request request again.

I booked a next day delivery which I expected to be picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday, it was actually delivered the following Monday. No recourse or refund for poor service.

You are misleading your customers. We gave you one returned parcel for deals in the same packaging what we received. You charged us £ 28.68 + vat . Now you send us the email that you send us the email that yo will charge additional £ 64.60 inc. vat. Which is not acceptable. Because all the dimension and weight given to you what was mentioned in original box which we returned it to you. Please note the debit card details given to you only to charge original payment of £ 28.68 at the time of booking and if you will try to take any extra payment it will be consider fraud and we will take legal help to recover £10000.00 for the fraud you are committing with your customers. I will also advise never use your company for any services.

Rip off. They charged me an extra $80 because I estimated the weight of my parcel to be MORE than it was. Surely you would assume it would be less, as its LIGHTER than what i expected.

Easy to use website

Parcel monkey was great in terms of comparing all couriers. However, i chose parcel force, paid over £20 to return an item which was then damaged beyond use in transit. Their standard insurance cover is £60 which is a bit of a joke when you have actually paid for a service which hasnt been effectively delivered.
