EVRI was the selected carrier for my parcel; we always receive excellent service from our local Evri courier service and this delivery to a close friend, was no different, thank you.

Disappointing. Booked courier through parcelmonkey only to discover afterwards it was far cheaper to book same service on Parcelforces website. Wont use parcelmonkey again.

I paid for a 1-3 day delivery which took 11 days. I had to keep requesting information on where my parcel was. I also lost a sale due delay in delivering my parcel. I know this isnt directly Parcel monkeys fault, but I paid them the money.

The tracking facility seems to be non existent. Unless I am going wrong somewhere, it is of no help whatsover, and I have no idea where the parcel is.

DPD went to the wrong house for the collection and then said they were told there was nothing to collect..... Following this they will not communicate with you as they say that their obligation has been completed. Will not use again.

Only one of 2 items received. Contacted seller who agreed to send but then claimed it had been sent but I told him that only related to original incomplete delivery and demanded item by first class mail next day but it took several days having been sent by 48 hour service

I like to use parcel monkey but of recent I was left disappointed as I was charged 40 pounds extra for a parcels that stated I got the measurements and weight wrong when in fact I made sure they were completely correct before sending. Sadly I will have to choose another courier from now on
