Parcel monkey only gave me one choice of parcel force to send my parcel to NZ WITH 4-6 days fir delivery It was uplifted on the 15th June the tracking today tells me it arrived in NZ on the 22nd June but has not arrived at the distributor yet and today it’s their 24th June have no idea when my parcel will be delivered to my daughter in NZ NOT HAPPY

Very easy on line booking, good pricing rates, parcel picked up on the date required and delivered as dated. I will use this company again without any problems.

The ebay item I ordered was arranged to be collected last Friday from a seller who listed the item as "Collection in person". The Parcelforce courier collected the parcel with the label I had sent the seller using the Parcel Monkey link. Unfortunately this courier also put his own label on a large parcel that had just been delivered by Yodel and removed this as well. There were therefore two parcels removed with the same tracking number. On Tuesday, the incorrect parcel with cardboard boxes arrived at my address. Having received the wrong item, my initial thought was that the seller had put the label I sent him on the wrong parcel. The seller assured me that he had not and that a Yodel parcel they had been expeced, was not there so he assumed that Parcelforce (on behalf of Parcel Monkey) had removed it together with the correct parcel. I spoke to Parcelforce who assured me that what the seller had told me could not have happened and implied that the seller was lying to cover himself. He also told me that a second parcel with the same tracking number could not be in the system. This has caused unnecessary bad feeling between me and the seller. On Wednesday the correct parcel arrived with the same tracking number and the label I had sent the seller, vindicating everything the seller had said. Whilst I have had to eat humble pie with the seller, I at least got the part I ordered. However, I also have a large parcel belonging to the seller. He has had to arrange collection from my address and deliver to his address at a cost of £25 to him so he is not happy. This has been a nightmare and wasted hours of my time.

So my 48 hour parcel took 240 plus hours to be delivered , 168 hours to be picked up from drop off point and 72 hours from drop off to delivery . THE RESPONSE WAS 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered. 2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off. 3.8 The company disclaims all liability for any consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the services supplied by the Company and its agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work. I booked a same day courier through parcel monkey, with the option to book a specific 5 minute time slot. The courier arrived an hour early, the parcel was not ready, and the driver was rude and threatened to drive off without the package. I rushed to get everything ready which cost my business. There was then no tracking available for the package, and when I contacted parcel monkey, they made no attempt to find the tracking or resolve the issue. I paid over £50 for this service and would have been received a better result if I had simply put the package in an Uber, and I would have paid less.

Website straightforward to use. Labels available to print immediately. Delivered to Canada within 4 days. Reasonably priced for a great service.

Parcel Monkey is the worst service you can use. when dealing with the insurance side that have all the options for you to choose how much insurance you want but when you go to choose it you can not choose anything under £1000. My item cost £100 and the wanted to charge £25 to insure it. You can guess what happend it got shattered even though it was packed extensivly with bubble wrap and cardboard with fragile tape all around it. Parcel Monkey response was you should have taken the expensive protection cover.

The app was efficient and easy to use, but the end product was the let down. I paid for 24hour service and it had taken 3days for delivery. Maybe speak with your delivery partners about more realistic times for delivery

This app is brilliant and seems to be working well.the hard work goes to our delivery drivers who go our to pick these parcels up so i thankyou for this .
Getting in touch and process for a parcel that has not been delivered is a night mare Im still waiting for response the parcel monkey app doesnt some how help much in this respect .or the people that run it .iv got a parcel that s worth 250 .00 and still waiting as it hasnt arrived at its destination and has been returned to the depot.

Top service provided from the very first action of searching for a courier to dispatch (DPD). Only thing I would suggest would be to use a QR code instead of making your customers print a label, as I would say not a lot of people have printers. Apart from that I can’t fault this for the money and or quality of service.

Unbelievable bad service. I think as bad as it gets. It is now over 32 days since my parcel was posted. Terms and conditions state that parcel can be deemed lost after 31 days. All what customer service is replying with is that they are waiting for the courier to respond. Ive lost £400 parcel, money for extra insurance in case the parcel is lost and shipping fee. Do not purchase extra insurance for the value of the parcel as this is just a big scam. Wont ever use Parcel Monkey again. If you value your money and time, do NOT use them ever. Utterly useless and shocking customer service. Stay away.

Disgustingly awful service. My package (a print stiffened with card, weighing less than my stated 2kg) to the USA got lost. Meanwhile PM stole a surcharge of over £23 from my credit card because they said the US courier (who lost the package) had claimed it to have weighed a ridiculous 5.1 kg! I explained how this was clearly a mistake and impossible for such an item. However, PM refused to refund me because I couldnt provide photographic evidence of its dimensions! My dialogue with PM CS was very lengthy and stressful. They are extremely unhelpful and evasive. I will never use them again and I strongly recommend anyone else to avoid them at all costs.

Dear Sir /Madam , I am writing to make an inquiry regarding my delivery of a hand luggage. It was collected last Monday13/06/22 ( include date here ) , also , as per your online system , it should deliver to my place last Thursday 16/06/22( date ) . But I have not received it yet . I have mentioned the reference number and everything below . ......... I am so disappointed about the delay in getting my stuff and feel scared , because there were my graduation attire, my wifes dresses and some other important things. I am expected to have my graduation after this week . Therefore , I am urgently looking for those stuff. Could you please kindly give me an update regarding this inquiry ? All of the information about delivery and notes on where to deliver were not passed onto Parcel Force, so a failed delivery was flagged due to missing info which I had input to Parcel Monkey, this is not reflected on the label. Therefore the extra money I paid for the Saturday delivery was redundant. I would be grateful if a representative could contact me about this as I have been unsuccessful in getting through to someone who can assist.
