Pick up was as scheduled and parcel was delivered promptly too. Very happy with service.

It was quite difficult to add the dimensions of my return package to the quote page, but once this was done it was plain sailing. Very cheery and polite employee. The only downside is that you dont give an approx collection time, which would be very helpful when you have to use the service.

Great service always list plenty,of couriers & delivery options to choose from.
Have sent quite a few items recently,various sizes including some around 20kgs no problems.
I find these better than interparcel,who Id previously used for years.

The parcel has never reached me. I learned it has been sent BACK to the sender by the local deliverer without notifying me. your collaboration with local distributors is faulty your webpage tracking does not indicate the fate of the parcel once its crossed the boarder not the name of the local deliverer

Worst service ever. Collected late- and then damaged parcel beyond repair. No contact to even tell me this happened- had to find out from Evri. Theres a reason these guys are cheap- because they dont care and provide a non existent service.

Dropped the parcel on Saturday for a 24 hour delivery but it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Apparently Saturday and Sunday don’t have collections

Quite a bulky (but light) box to send so straight to Parcel Monkey for quotes. Contents were fragile but they took this into account.
Very easy process and printed off my label and dropped off to local shop. Took minutes. Within a couple of days I received a text to say it had been delivered on time with no damage. I always recommend them to offer the best carrier.

i was ripped off buy your company taking money out of my account (double the original amount) because you didnt agree with my measurements which if anything could only be millimetres, i defiantly wont be using you again

I sent a parcel for my grandson to Mauritius. I normally send it by Royal Mail which takes around 8 weeks. Parcel Monkey delivered within a week, well done! Excellent service and very pleased grandson. Will definitely be using them again. Very simple to do, request collection/delivery online, parcel collected from door. Paperwork printed from my printer, all so simple!
