The collection, delivery time and price was excellent. Unfortunately the item was delivered broken in pieces despite being well packaged and intact when collected. I have had to refund the buyer to cover the damage!

I paid for 1-2 day shipping which is very expensive. My shipment took 6 days. I selected and paid for guaranteed delivery within the 1-2 days or my money back. I have not found a way to apply for the refund and am very doubtful I will get it.

Very simple and straightforward, 3rd time I’ve used Parcelmonkey and everything has gone smoothly each time (selected services where the parcel was picked up from home, twice with Parcelforce and once by DHL)

all i have had since i signed up with parcel monkey is scam e mails about my parcel. someone at parcel monkey must be giving info just put in your card details for the £1.30 shortfall dont forget the three digits ...fcuk off. try tracking waste of time. by the way my next day delivery took 3 weeks.

Parcelmonkey is a great business tool
It saves us money and time. I get my labels within minutes and away you go.
My only (small) niggle is when I am putting my weights and dimensions in, a little thing comes up and says are you sure. It is a tad annoying

The ParcelMonkey service was good. However the contractor they were using to Jersey UK is ParcelForce - they have a monopoly. They decided to add an extra charge which was unjustified, and I had an argument before they dropped it. I had sent 20 incense sticks with a postcard - very small and lightweight. ParcelForce were claiming it as 39x28x12cm weighing 2.6Kg..!! It took some convincing for them to relent.!!

A complete con, they will quote you a price then charge you extra charges for apparently being wrong... correctly measured and weighed parcel is somehow now larger with no real explanation or proof. Go elsewhere this is how they make there money by ripping you off.

Lost my parcel PM10766810 - even though I PAID for insurance its been over a month and they just say "As soon as we hear back from the courier, we will contact you immediately." They used DLL courier shipment ref: 31385670453426. Their claims procedure STINKS!

thought it smoothly but then received a extra charge of £64 for wrong weight quoted. on looking at invoice i had put 67kg as weight but correct weight was 10kg ,which i found strange as item weight was 23kg.sent 4 emails to try and get a explanation not received any reply back and the amount was charged to my credit card

I used DPD as Parcelforce were on strike and they were great - next day delivery for less than £10 from Scotland to the Midlands. Posted 1400, delivered by 1000 next day.

Complete nightmare. Booked in at weight and size it was but a week later I get an email saying they have charged me extra which was triple the original amount due to oversize/weight parcel. They could have advised and questioned before actually giving me the choice or called but no, wed prefer just to have a monopoly on how much we charge you and extort the money without giving me any option! Now thats what you call the Great British Internet Rip Off!!

No tracking information provided in the parcel monkey tracking page but eventually found the DPD link separately but package has been stuck in customs for 2 weeks with no explanation

Used to be a good reliable service but not no more, I booked a parcel for next day collection 24hr delivery after 3 days still not collected, two complaints to the company dealt with by Natalie and Emily, they dont care, think its a bit of a joke, I guess Like parcel monkey, all they offered was to rebook it for tomorrow.... Hardly next day service, do not believe what is written on the website as parcel monkey do not guarantee anything and constantly hide behind the couriers, they take zero responsibility for anything, Delays are now so common you might as well use Evri or Royal Mail, at least it will be cheaper, ParcelMonkey.co.uk do not care one iota and do not offer any kind of compensation despite the damaging effect on my business.

Used parcel monky for the first time. They recommended a few companies one being UPS. The parcel i sent wasnt going long distance relatively short. The parcel got to its first stop no problems. Then I just kept getting emails saying delivery rescheduled. It turns out they cant find the parcel. Contacted parcel monky who were very helpful gave them details etc which they passed on to UPS. So very helpful and cant faul parcel monky. But still dont know where my parcel is hoping UPS sort this as expensive item. But thank you parcel monky for the support you have given so far in this matter.

Use this company fairly frequently, and normally select DHL, as they do collect. Never had a issue, with the label being available about 10 mins after the purchase.
