Only complaint is that many post offices dont have the facility to expect large parcels. But the parcelmonkey service and price was great.

The boxes shipped were picked up promptly from DPD pick up point and delivered next day. All went smoothly.
So far I havent had any bad experience with this company. But I heard about the cases of excess fee being charged unfairly so took a photo of the boxes sitting on a scale as a proof before dropping off.

Well, the parcel monkey its cheaper than Royal Mail and easy to use.
Only thinks that I dont know yet my parcel arrived in China?

Not sure how this company can justify an additional £48 after the parcel has been collected! All the dimensions and weight was correctly put it in and even checked by the courier on collection - I was quoted £12 and 2 weeks after collection had an invoice to advise that another £48 was going to be added! Won’t be using again.

Usual excellent service. Easy online booking process and label printing. Arrived a day late but was fault of Parcelforce failing to collect parcel from post office on day it was dropped off.
Will definitely use PM again ????????

Easy to understand, enter data and print labels. dropped off at DPD collection point 2 hours after booking and was delivered by 11am next day.

I have used Parcel Monkey for years,100`s of parcels sent, with no issues. I use ether Parcelforce, or DHL. One time they did damage a parcel, and didnt pay out, so watch the insurance. Overall cheap and reliable. So because of that one Parcel, 4 Stars out of 5.

I always use parcelmonkey and theyve never failed me. Top quality service. Sometimes the collection doesnt work for DHL and DX, but thats not their fault and my address is notoriously difficult to find! Highly reccomend this company.
