Booked a pick up with Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey and was happy with the experience. Booked on Friday, picked up Monday, delivered from UK to USA safely the following Saturday. Was the cheapest price I could find and I was happy with the communication and ease of use.

The item was supposed to be collected on the 28/3/22 they actually turned up to collect it at 4:05 pm on the 30/3/22 I paid for a 48 hr service and it’s now the 9/4/22 and I have still not received the parcel.

Spent an hour with live chat trying to resolve an issue ( label sent to an incorrect email). Much later in the day a link was sent to to retrieve label but frustratingly there was no customs declaration. I cut my losses and bought postage directly with Parcel force, which turned out to be cheaper.

Not great. The parcel was supposed to be picked up on a Friday. No one came (Parcelforce), but it was claimed we were inside and didnt answer. False. We were there all the time. Spoke to a PM rep, they said it would be collected on Monday. No one came. Eventually it was collected on a Tuesday. Wont be using again.
