Gave size and weight chose a delivery option, paid my money, parcel picked up the following day and delivered the next. Cant get better than that two happy bunnies. Easy peasy hardest part for me was wrapping the object.

I shipped three packages at once through Parcel Monkey. Two arrived, but the 3rd didnt. After 2 weeks, I contacted Parcel Monkey to let them know of the issue. They bounced me back and forth between them and the carrier for months with no resolution. Its 5 months later and not only is my package "lost" (which had irreplaceable sentimental items), but Parcel Monkey is now refusing to issue the amount that I insured the package for since its been more than 30 days. Its a scam- avoid at all costs if you actually care about the items you are sending.

I returned 2 rugs to Irugs, as they were not the colour I thought they would be, they were much darker.
Parcel Monkey quoted me to take the rugs to the European returns depot in Switzerland. They quoted a great price, collected my 2 rugs wrapped in 1 parcel, weight was 25kgs at broadly speaking a time to suit me and delivered it exactly as they said they would.
I’m super impressed at how efficient and effective they are. I will definitely use them again! The service couldn’t be better!!

Not the greatest. My parcel is missing in transit somewhere……..however I’m told that this is still because of covid & the weather! 3-8 days was advertised delivery time, the parcel I sent did not complete its journey in this time & who knows when it will.

Parcel sent overseas and took much longer than the 3-5 days purchased. You are only as good as the partners you work with, who regrettably did not update and respond to the person receiving the parcel

Unfortunately my parcel was stolen during transit and they did not informed me about it. My parcel was valuable 1K £ They never respond to my email or my physical letter in theyre mail box. The police were struggle to find evidence due the fact they cover up the missing / stolen parcel. Be aware your parcel can be stolen / lost. They are parcel brokers so at the end they claim do not be responsible for anything. Ive took legal action but they never respond. Good luck

Good website,fast supply of documentation and excellent tracking via PM account. Oddly at no time did ParcelForce recognise the tracking ref irrespective of which letters/numbers were omitted. The price was competitive but compensation issues do concern me so 9/10

This company is a fraud … they have good shipping rates but without your permission they collect your credit card details and a month after the item been delivered they charge additional payments, saying the size or height was different … a SCAM … have to involve credit card dispute and change CC to stop future charges … avoid

No help at all. Currier didnt collect, paid for next day service. Contacted them and said it wouldnt be till after the weekend. So i spoke to the parcel company directly and managed to sort out the collection. Very poor service wont use again.
