Posted a parcel to my parents in France and it has not arrived and they have no idea where it is we were told it was in France now it’s back in the UK they are very good at taking your money but absolutely hopeless at delivering on any of their promises if you notice on their Facebook page they have to say put comments because of the level of customer dissatisfaction

Great from Parcel Monkey - collected on time etc. One parcel arrived on time, one was 2 days late. Both collected and sent on to the same addresses so assume an issue with Parcel Force rather than here.

This is the fourth time am using Parcel Monkey and my experience with the service was again faultless. Did what I was instructed (print label, drop at a collection point) and the parcel arrived at destination on time. Was able to track the journey of the parcel too. Will use them again.

Goods appeared stuck in transit in USA as tracking had stopped for a few days I contacted customer service who did a great job of sorting this out for me within minutes, tracking resumed and goods delivered safely Excellent customer service

Appalling service - parcel lost, then supposedly found again, then lost again, then found again, then lost again - each time the "incident" is closed, no doubt to make their service levels look better. I have been lied to (told the parcel is going to be delivered, then nothing happened) repeatedly and after nearly 3 weeks I am no nearer knowing where my parcel is, never mind delivered - the last tracking says "out for delivery" 3 weeks ago, so it has been scanned all the way through to the delivery driver / van - hardly difficult to know where it is, is it

Sent an iPhone to someone. They live in a flat. Parcel was left by the entrance stairs. Poor attemp at delivery. Only reason they got parcel was because a neighbour was kind enough to pick it up and take it to correct flat.

This is the second times its happened, I checked and double checked the size and weight. Then they charge me more for extra weight or size ?

Booked a same day service at 10am on a Friday parcel was booked in via their partner Citysprint and collected at 1.20pm. Webchat with Citysprint confirmed that the letter would be delivered by 5pm within business hours. Needless to say it wasnt. Raised a complaint with parcel monkey to which their response was Citysprint operate 24 hours and because it arrived before 11.59pm they would not consider a refund. This is despite the consumer rights act 2015 stating that "Information that is spoken or written is binding where the consumer relies on it." They believe they are above the law. For this reason I would not recommend, never use them again and advise anyone to use another service.
