Worst service you can ever imagine. They charge you extra for insurance in case something happens to your parcel and never even reply or sort out the issue. Just a bunch of incompetent people gathered together to steal money from people’s pockets. Day time rubbery and rubbish service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

I always use you and always review at 5* but - I was cross to have to pay an extra £13 - I measured and weighed parcel Correctly- I assume it’s not you but parcelforce - but there seems to be no other choice on your site when sending to Australia. Also, not all of the items were detailed on manifest so I had to hand write them on

Having previously complained about the lack of communication with DPD Driver and mishandling of parcel, this time DPD were excellent.
Two men arrived at the door, both were smiling and polite. One picked up the parcel and the other held the van door open so the parcel was handled with the best care possible Collection and delivery times were always excellent so 10 out of 10 for DPD. Speak as you find.

I have been charged an extra £64 for my parcel, a pushchair. They want photos of my parcel to prove size. I didnt take any unfortunately. Ironically the same pushchair was delivered to myself May (I bought from someone) and the cost was £11, with same courier, and no extra charges were incurred. Im very confused, they wont help as I dont have photos. Im a bit lost as what to do now.

My parcel was not delivered on the expected day and I did not receive any notification so I was waiting for my parcel at home all day. When I called parcelforce customer service, I was told my parcel was outside for delivery and on my second call the story was different my parcel never left the warehouse.

The service here in the UK by Parcel Monkey is excellent. Would use again if I ever sent a parcel abroad but I would think twice as my brother had to pay £25 in order to collect his parcel from the PO in Barcelona. Sad as it was a Christmas gift from me. Very upsetting.

Communication is good. I send a lot of parcels and when I eventually had a problem with a delivery I found the messages and replies quick and the people I communicated with were capable at dealing with my problem.

So purchased coriour postage and insurance from this company the package is lost somewhere in the ups network.. They are not sorting out and making me jump through hoops to request an insurance claim... Warning do not use this business..

normally i have no issues with my parcel collection delivery using parcel monkey. however i had to book the collection two times before it was collected.
other than that i have always been happy to use them.

The website was a bit fiddly, collection was fine, though I was not given any indication of time o collection. This was on the 9th of November. The Paris arrived in Paris on the 15th, at a depot. The information given was 932110, but no indication of where this was. I only found out the address this morning after phoning the helpline, by which time the parcel, a birthday gift, was late. I fully expected that this would be a door to door delivery, and was very disappointed with the service in Paris. Luckily, though bulky, the parcel is not heavy, because the journey to collect and return will be awkward and should have been unnecessary. Therefore, unfortunately, I will be unlikely to use this method of postage in future. Regards Linda Martell Li

Dam terrible service, between them and the daft people at Parcelforce that are delivering my parcel none of them seem to know what’s going on. Contacting them is a nightmare as it’s either post or email/live chat (which doesn’t work on phones) Parcel has been in limbo for around a month now and can’t seem to get a response. won’t be using them again and will happily go direct to companies next time instead of using this shambles of a service.

Always use Parcel Monkey to send parcels to my son in the US, easy to use website and good prices. I have recently been using UPS rather than Parcelforce on their site. UPS 3 days for my parcel to reach my son in Texas, great service from them.
