The selection page was relatively straight forward - I was able to select the cheapest option for my level of service and the item was delivered to the other side of the world in a week. The customs formalities were a bit of a pain, guess thats going to be the name of the game post Brexit.

I’ve yet to hear anything regarding my parcel, the holder of the item has confirmed it has been picked up but it’s 4 days over the expected delivery date and I’m yet to get confirmation from the courier or any information.

Tried to contact customer service using the live chat function, saw 13+ support online but not a single one answered my questions. Everything left on read. is this some kind of weird tinder conversation? Im trying to resolve an issue, not flirt with you. unbelievable. Edit: finally hear back from them after 2 hours. no mentioning the slow response but managed to resolve my issue.

I have previously used Parcel Monkey for two packages to be sent to Hong Kong. This is the 3rd time I am using Parcel Monkey.
Randomly chosen after a search on the Internet, I think I made the right choice. They are transparent with the pricing system. No nasty surprises. The packages I have sent so far arrived within the promised time frame and in good condition and order. It might mean a tiny bit more work but I can recycle my packaging and the cost savings compared to other big names is worth it.
I have recommended Parcel Monkey to other friends as well.

Excellent. Heavy and large parcel (2.6kg) sent to France. Parcel Monkey found good price and provided printable address label and customs documents. Proof of the pudding, recipient got the parcel (tres rapide) and is very happy !! Will use again.

Never had an issue. Always had a good price. Website is easy to use. Cant think of anything I would do to improve. The label gets generated and gets sent pretty quickly considering its a 3rd party company. Ill keep coming back for sure.

Twice I have paid for them to pick up a parcel that amazon delivered to the wrong address twice they have just left it even though they knew I couldnt get labels printed totally useless

Send parcel (pallet) by their next day delivery option. Courier came to pickup pallet with small van, pallet not fit in to it, they reschedule for next day. Picked up and thats now 3 weeks and pallet did not reach destination. Courier telling me to speak to Parcel Monkey, Parcel Monkey since 2 weeks sending the same msg that they wait for response from the courier. I is 3 weeks now, tried to complain, been told to open new thread, 5 minutes after opening they delete it. Customer service non existing, they taking money for service they cant provide. I mange to contact courier, firs thing they said with smile, we put your pallet to skip! They found it 1h later.

Neither parcel was critical to arrive next day & I expected a delay due to various rail strikes & Platinum Jubilee. Neither address London. Took 5 days. Would use again in a heartbeat. Great price & good service.

Parcel Monkey provides an excellent service, from guidance in selecting the right carrier for me to offering the highest discounts available. And it doesnt stop there; the service is really good - on time from collection to delivery.

Parcel DIDNT REACH DESTINATION , been made to PAY RETURN , then returned DAMAGED ... claim declined ... Obviously the T&C are made for ONE SIDE GAIN only and anyway IMPOSSIBLE TO FIGHT AND WIN for customers . Theyre having a laugh even when you take them to court , as takes ages and huge amount of evidence work to get anywhere near a judge to check facts ! Sad but true :)
