Item was picked up on time and delivered on time that is efficiency.

the parcel was collected 2 days later and after numerous requests for updates to advise when collection would take place. very poor

Was very very unhappy i could have been charged £10.50+VAT for recipient not to be in other end, out of my control. I will not use again!!!
