Well, the parcel wasn't collected on time, I had to look on the web to find out the telephone company who suppose to collect. finaly it was

Improved delivery collection I had to wait at home all day even an am pm guide would be helpful.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel was never collected had to go else where, this is the 2nd time it's happened. I'm afraid I won't be using you again

The parcel monkey part of the service was fine but Parcelforce screwed up and took an extra 3 days to pick the package up from me.

A time for collection would be very helpful as my parcel wasn't collected until 4pm requiring me to be home all day.
