Collection to Delivery to China 5 days. Make import charges in to China - made clear cost receipant more money to receive than item value.

Lack of clarity in labeling the package as my package was small and the labels large. I had to put in a bag so all the labels would fit.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
