v good. 1 complaint. all day collection time is ok for business but poor for residential. a.m. or p.m. would be more helpful.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The parcel was collected on the 28th. We paid for overnight delivery, however, the parcel was not delivered until the 30th at 17.30.
