Website never showed pick-up. had to wait uto ring DX and find out when parcel being delivered

Our Response: If you have an issue then please contact our dedicated online support team via your account under the "support" section and not the courier directly.
Most of our customers require a 24hr service so we use alternative methods as Parcel Monkey only offers 48hr.
