I was led to Parcel Monkey as I had a large parcel of 54kg and 193cm tall, the vehicle was not suitable for my parcel to remain upright

My parcel was uplifted on 3rd December and it hasn't reached it's destination. No one knows where it is and no one seems to want to help me.

parcel not collected/chased citilink nextday/said they'd try to get back that day!no call to update,courier showed up later. No apology.
