Our Response: Tracking for the item in question shows not only was it collected but it was also delivered and signed for by 'CRAWFORD' at 11:26 on Friday 20th December.

Our Response: We have an online ticketing system for queries, full Christmas opening hours on the website and the item you sent was under a 2 day service which means it would not be delivered on the 27th considering Christmas.
