Our Response: Tracking shows the item was collected on December 30th and delivered on New Years Eve. It was signed for by L. Sparks at 09:30.

We would love to but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
