Our Response: Tracking shows 24-12-2013 13:21 Milton Keynes Depot Address problem - unable to locate premises. The item is out for delivery once again though.

Your Courier MY HERMES twice did not come to collect parcel on the day booked. Their excellent delivery lady Ally saved the day!!
