Booking process was easy but you failed to collect parcel on collection date, maybe another cheap unreliable courier?

the only draw back was not knowing what time the driver would arrive to collect on a week day, but otherwise a very good service

We had a large and heavy parce to return to the supplier and Parcel Monkey was the only company prepared to take it at a reasonable rate.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
The parcel is still not picked up and even though I registered a query I haven't had a response from PM yet. Please contact on 07552849480.

Our Response: Even with Christmas / weekends thats a little too long for which we apologise on behalf of the courier concerned.
My only disappointment was in my haste to get parcels sent out quick I missed the bit that was about next "working" day.
