Delivery time stated as 3-5 days. Arrived 9 days after collection, box damaged but contents OK. Tracking not updated so couldn't follow!

the collection was ridiculously early with no warning, or knocking, a card was left but no attempt for contact

Our Response: Your item was collected on New Years Eve and delivered on January 3rd. It was a 48hr service so considering the Bank Holiday this was an acceptable transit time.
