Brilliant news!!
After waiting in all day, no one turned up to collect parcels. Had to do 20 mile round trip to drop off at depot at 7 pm.Not happy

Our experience was very good. The parcel was picked up no problem and delivered the next day intact.

Very easy to use, loads of choice too. Shame city link can't read the address when collecting items neighbour tells me they went to them!

The service was excellent. The only draw back was waiting all day for the pick up. What about a morning or afternoon pick up.
