Was picked up on 24/12 but was not delivered until 30/12 should have been delivered on 27/12 as I paid for next day delivery

Our Response: That is not correct over Christmas as goods collected by City Link on Christmas Eve are not trunked overnight and are held in the collection depot. They are then trunked on the 27th to be delivered on the next working day.
