When you fill it in customs form, please write that info will be lost if it is not printed straight away or put a warning just above before

The only problem was that the tracking code I had did not work. Its nos did not fit the example shown in "track now"

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
