Great value service from PM and City Link. More accurate feedback during transit would be good. At one point one of the parcels disappeared!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel has not arrived and tracking not updated since 30/12/2013
