1st time driver didnt wait 60 seconds for me to get to the door but once picked up delivery was quick

It would be very helpful if the courier could identify an estimated collection time. Even morning, afternoon or evening would help.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
