The tracking code wasn't so easy to find, parcel force tracking site message sounded like nothing was know until after it was collected.

Supposed to be collected Thursday and delivered on Friday. Collected friday (1 day late) delivered Monday (3 days late). Why pay for 24hr?

Delivery time stated as 3-5 days. Arrived 9 days after collection, box damaged but contents OK. Tracking not updated so couldn't follow!

Our Response: Your item was delivered on the correct day considering all shipments collected on New Year's Eve are not trunked overnight for obvious reasons.

Our Response: Your item was collected on New Years Eve and delivered on January 3rd. It was a 48hr service so considering the Bank Holiday this was an acceptable transit time.
