service brilliant, only thing that could be improved would be to give a smaller window for collection/delivery, even if only to say AM or PM

pick up date before date stated on printed label. delivery driver couldn't lift package on two occasions. had to organise neighbours to help

Asked for a pallet to be picked up and they turn up without a pallet truck , took 4 of us to lift it on the lorry

despite lots corrispondance form U prior to the due collection it was never followed up. DX freight were 3 days late and did not let me know

There is no telephone number to call. Parcelforce didn't pick up my package and I am being penalised for this. Looking into alternatives
