I booked this service twice,first time they said weight was wrong,second time they said the unit had water in so was considered hazardous.

it would of helped if parcel force had gone to the right address they left we called but no one was in card next door at wrong address

Driver did not deliver, had to pickup from Norwich Depot after 3 days. Cards left at wrong house!!!!!!

Parcel Monkey failed to pick up the parcel, I had to rebook and make five hone calls to a 0844 number to get the pick orgnised+I lost 2 days

Overall a good service you could however make cm & inch measurements available when entering parcel size to make things easier
