I paid you £28 and specifically asked for an afternoon pick up. You turned up before 08:00 when the collection person had left for work.

service brilliant, only thing that could be improved would be to give a smaller window for collection/delivery, even if only to say AM or PM

pick up date before date stated on printed label. delivery driver couldn't lift package on two occasions. had to organise neighbours to help

Asked for a pallet to be picked up and they turn up without a pallet truck , took 4 of us to lift it on the lorry
