good service, nice price with an easy to use interface but when the parcel isnt collected the only option is to cancel? and im to blame?

Courier DX did not collect on booked date. Took two phone calls and an email to rearrange pickup 2 days later. Extra cost + inconvenience

The parcel aw sent picked up the day it was supposed to and when trying to contact PM I could only write via post which is not good at all.
