My parcels were never collected, and have no response from Courier, have asked PayPal for a refund

No collection said they came at 5:35 but didn't we were here till 7:05pm from 7am, no notice from you, had to go depot myself with parcels:(

1/2hr queue then 1/4hrwait for the Post Office to make help calls. Won't take parcel. Had to call Parcelforce and wait again for collection.
