I highly recommend Parcel Monkey. The shopping experience is basic and efficient, and the printable label is generated very briefly.

NEVER ever use this company...like ever. The do not have a phone number and when something goes wrong they just blame the courier!! I have never seen a company that cannot accept responsibility. I wanted a parcel collected on 6th June to send to Jamaica and I waited in ALL DAY and nobody came to collect it...it wasnt until 8th that someone actually came and collected it. i paid for a 3-4 day delivery and here I am on the 17th June and my parcel has still not arrived nor can anyone tell me what is going on... My partners birthday was on the 10th June and was supposed to be made a part of a surprise party.... a week later still nothing all they keep saying is they will contact the couriers and let me know...... I am completely upset that i even used parcel monkey as i had seen some bad reviews but so i could save a few quid i thought i would give them a try. Now i can CERTAINLY say IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I dont even know where my parcel is and the tracking system they have is a shambles much like the whole parcel monkey uk website!!! dont use them might aswel just use Courier or someone else directly. All i want is my parcel back and a full refund... not happy one bit this has caused so much stress i hope this review helps someone!!!

EVERYONE STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!! They are crooks! I had my item completely lost by Parcelforce who ADMITTED to me THEMSELVES that they had lost it, because I had phoned them myself. Parcel Monkey said that they had to wait to hear back from Parcelforce to acknowledge the outcome, however this is what they said to me everytime I contacted them! Which by the way you can not contact them properly anyway because they have no telephone number!? Why would you trust a company that can not even offer a simple contact telephone number!? Parcel Monkey have not been back in contact with me regarding my case and I have NOT received my claim or even a refund! So as far as Im concerned they could have made the claim and kept the money! One things for sure though, theyve certainly kept my refund! A TRULY dishonest and terrible terrible company who should not be operating. You are better off just going direct to the courier themselves, whose prices are virtually the same anyway and have piece of mind if anything goes wrong.

The driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address around the corner. I had to go and find it myself. But it was quick !

Find you the cheapest and best courier service. Tells us how many days and also if it gets tracked or not. Sends you out emails to notify when its getting collected. Also tells you if its reached and takes us to the courier site without logging in or anything.

1st u cant contact Monkeypercel as they do not have any phone numbers and second its not clear after booking ur parcel that whats happening...do not give any tracking number or any receipt of acceptance of parcel.

DPD are incorrect with the statement they have given you.
When your booking is made all relevant information is passed to DPD to confirm matters. Once your item is scanned in at the drop off point then DPD know there is a collection needed.

I used Parcel Monkey through the home collection option (with dpd effectively performing the shipment.) I sent several boxes (moving out) from England to Italy. The price is very competitive. On the scheduled day, the delivery man did not find the correct entrance of the building and I was briefly unavailable on the phone. Although I called back the customer service right after the email notification, the collection had to be rescheduled for another day. It is unfortunate that Parcel Monkey / dpd cannot provide a narrower time span than 9-17 as collection time, even on the scheduled day. I did not receive any sms some time before the collection, as instead claimed by the customer service. The phone and live chat customer service was prompt and kind in providing assistance, yet for example changing the contact phone on the morning of the collection day would have prompted another rescheduling of the collection nor was I able, after the failed collection, to change the delivery option and bring myself the parcel to the common collection point (train station.) On the second attempt, the parcel home collection was successful. The tracking of the parcel does provides live information.

Booked online at 11am,dropped off at collection point around 2pm. Parcel was delivered next day at 9.45am ! Great service,wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Well......where do I start? Impossible to log in again, as my user name is password was not correct, having already registered and written it down. I was to be sent an email to enable logging on again and re-setting password - that was a week ago. Also no bar code for the carrier (DPD). It would be very useful to be provided with a phone number to call for information/help. This is obviously a very low budget operation, and I will look elsewhere in the future. NOT HAPPY

Very useful service although beware of hidden additional costs if you need to increase the value of what is insured. Could improve service by giving a collection window, even am or pm would help.
