I booked a parcel to be sent to New Zealand, at first the price seemed to be fair. However, once the parcel arrived in NZ we were told that there would be an additional $235NZD to pay before they would release it. Customs charges apparently! They didnt mention this when I went through the booking process. It ended up costing me in excess of £200. There isnt a helpline to call, and when contact parcel monkey, its via text and the replies didnt address my query. A simple process made very difficult. I would not recommend this service.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, all items are sent with duties unpaid and this is outlined at the time of booking. We do not deal with customs duty as this is charged on arrival by customs in the destination- so not something we can control and it is also depending on what you are sending, should you have questions on this our Live Chat team are online Mon-Fri 8am to 9pm plus we answer emails around the clock, or contact customs in the destination.

we have been using parcel monkey for a while now and quite happy with there service and tracking of the items. Prices are very good and we have no complaints. we prefer to stick to DPD collections as with parcelforce its delivery times are not correct.

Easy to book, efficient collection & delivery but majority of goods sent were broken - Partly due to our packing & fragile nature of roof tiles but also due to handling

The service is quite good but there is no communication about the status of the shipment
Unless you go evryday on tracking and checl on your own if there is any problem as in ny case
But the qebsite is easy to use and the proces are excellent

I found parcel monkey online as Id been quoted an extortionate amount to send a parcel abroad. Not only did I save £30 but the parcel arrived within 4 days of an expected 7 day service. All I had to do was pay online, print off some labels and drop off the parcel at my local post office. I would definitely use them again as they are so much cheaper than the post office or a private courier and the service I got was superb.

went on to parcel monkey to book collection for 3 parcels. already surprised at the low price, there was also a special offer on which was a 24 hour service, even if this offer was not on, this is still a very good site for courier services, thanks very much, pleasure to use.

You can track this using the tracking tool on our site and your full PM order number.
The number it will show is then a DPD one which can be used on their website so you can follow the item. If you still cant track this please open a support ticket and we will be happy to help. We have already opened one for you and sent your tracking number over.

I live & work in the Falklands Islands every 6 weeks & sent a gift to a friend in the states. Returned/Rejected.........why? Its a gift from the Falklands Islands - a few souvenirs - whats so bad about sending that? NOTHING!!!

Have used Parcelmonkey many times both to send parcels and arrange my own deliveries from purchases on Ebay and have always been very happy with the service.

The negative: No tracking for parcels abroad, cheap means unreliable local delivery companies: delays and uncertainity if and when they reach the destination. The positive: collection through Parcel Force. I will surely use the other brokers on internet which i used before, for the likes of UPS, Courier, DPD M.

One of my three carefully packed boxes reached my client with damage caused either by water rotting the cardboard or being dropped into water. I have not been contacted by ParcelMonkey at all about this and am trying to find out what damage has been caused.

I bought an item from an on line auction which was a collect in person as it was quite a distance from where I live I thought I would try a courier company.
I had heard of Parcel Monkey from a work colleague so I thought I would give them a go, glad I did. Details to put in are easy to do and there is not a huge amount to fill in, it gives you a choice of what kind of service you want and the various prices.
I found it TROUBLE FREE and the cost was less than my fuel would have been and I saved my time as well. Excellent

My first time using the service went very well. Booked a parcel collection for a parcel of substantial weight before 9am and the parcel was collected from my home by 12:15am by Parcelforce, who labelled it and sent it on. It reached the recipient before 9:15am the next day, all for under £15. So far, I cant fault the service, as even signing up for an account and creating a delivery was fast and efficient.

I had no problems with Parcel Monkey. Very simple to use! But parcelforce damaged my TV but I guess it is my own fault for choosing them!!!
