I find this an incredibly easy way to get my parcels picked up and delivery to my clients.
Easy to use website, I just complete the details of collection point and delivery address and my parcel is on its way at a price I have chosen.

Used this service to ship a parcel to Australia. I weighed and measured the parcel very carefully and got a quote online. The service was fine and the parcel delivered OK but a few weeks later I got an email saying more money had been charged to my credit card as the parcel was bigger / heavier than I had stated. It said in the email that the parcel was "laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier". This is basically incorrect but in their t&cs it states that the carrier measurements cannot be disputed. Have used the service for UK deliveries a lot without problems but wont be using this international service again as it cost me an additional £6.19 that was totally unjustified.

Sorry to hear about the additional charge this comes from the carrier and is based on the volumetric weight of your item that is calculated based on the dimensions you provide us with. If these dimensions are not accurate then it can mean a charge is due for the excess volume that was not declared by the sender and therefore is collected by us. If you are unhappy with this please raise a support ticket and we can challenge the courier on this for you.

Cheap shipping. Collection as scheduled. took 3 days to get here (UK -> Germany). have used parcel monkey on several occasions, never had any issues. would definitely recommend.

Used ParcelMonkey to send 20+ boxes to Germany, for a fraction of the cost that the post office would have charged me. I opted for ParcelForce delivery, dropping off the boxes at my local post office. Delivery was within 2-3 working days, as stated -- so despite the low price, I got a speedy service.
One minor thing is that after paying ParcelMonkey, I got a message saying that the order will now be processed and that I would get an email as soon as the labels are ready for printing. This email never appeared, in none of the four separate orders that I placed. The labels however appear in the dashboard after about half an hour. Take this into account when you want to quickly buy postage -- it might take a while until you can actually print and use the labels.
Luckily I didnt have any issues with the delivery, but as ParcelMonkey is the official sender of the parcels, any inquiries to the post office would have to go through them. Hopefully they handle this smoothly, but I can see that this might create some friction and leave you in the unfortunate position where two companies just point to each other in case something does go wrong. But as I said, all 20+ boxes made their way to Germany without loss or damage, so Im very happy with the value that I got for my money.

Was an easy, quick, cost effective service.
Only problem we had was dropping our parcel at the post office. They had no clue who we were, what we wanted and took 20 mins to sort it out.

Delivered quick but collection of parcel was a pain as they claimed they came to collect but never showed, they rearrange for next day and finally parcel was collected and arrived in South Africa 4 days later so happy in the end

Firstly I was sceptical due to Parcel Monkeys cheap rates, but some friends tried it and had a good experience so I used it as well and was positively surprised. I used the international delivery service with a pick from home and while the cost are outstandingly low, the delivery was extremly uncomplicated and fast. It is even cheaper than taking a package as luggage on a flight and less stressful.

The website works well and the price however unsure if parcel force are to blame here bit I dropped parcel to go to Austria to Milton Keynes drop off depot (parcel force) 22-8-16 and the end user STILL hasnt got it and its now 7-9-16 and the tracker says its being held at depot in Austria. WHAT OS GOING ON?
