I booked a shipment for a same day shipment the shipment was cancelled without informing me. when I contacted customer service to enquire, the only answer I received is "the shipment was cancelled on our system and you should rebook it for tomorrow" if I wanted it for next day I wouldnt book same day and how can you not know why it was cancelled ? and at least inform the customer !!!

Sorry to hear about this cancelled collection, please raise a support ticket and we can look into why this was cancelled and update you. We may then be able to issue a refund depending on the circumstance if the service was not used

booked to deliver a very large parcel through parcel monkey with parcel force. it was delivered 2 days late and then left unattended at the wrong address in the wrong post code, i had some random person texting me asking to get this massive parcel moved from outside my front door! the customer service i got to deal with this was poor from parcel monkey and got a load of excuses i had to ring parcel force myself and sort the problem with parcel monkey did nothing. i requested a refund and to speak to a manager and they are making this very difficult do not use them!!! spend that little extra

Sorry to hear about your problems with Parcelforce who handle the goods.once we pass them the booking. It is unlike them to have this sort of issue so please raise a Live Chat or a support ticket and we will look into this for you with them. The best way to speak with a manager as we do not have phone lines would be a support ticket with FAO Manager and they will pick this up from here.

All went very smoothly, price was half what I would have paid by going direct. Have knocked off one star because the lack of transparent contact details for Parcel Monkey made me a little nervous, would have reassured me to know exactly how to speak with someone should any problems arise.

Excellent website, I found on it the lowest fares for parcels on the internet. Very reliable and clear in all the passages. No extra money to pay in a second moment. Id recommend it to everyone, especially for shipments abroad!

The Post office had quoted me over £50 to send a parcel. I found a delivery for just over £16. Pickup at me home and delivered in Holland 3 days later. Great service. Thank you

From one happy customer, previously used Parcel2go many many times over the last year or 2, and as usual clicked on to book a collection from ireland, sadly getting silly and outragerous as well as limited options, so searched an alternative for the first time as always previously been happy til now, on searching Parcel Monkey offered what i was looking for as standard and at great cheap affordable prices, so bye bye Parcel2go and hello Parcel Monkey for all my future shipping needs

Had not needed to use a courier service before but found this very straight forward. Had a question the day after I booked courier and had great customer service online. Very quick and efficient. No hesitation using parcel monkey again to source courier.
