Parcel didnt arrive and no reply to email correspondence

This is the first occasion we have used the services of Parcel Monkey and have no reservations in recommending their services to others.
The parcel arrived on time, in sound condition and was signed for by the intended recipients.
The cost was also very competitive

The website was simple and easy to use. The company are able to handle larger non standard parcels which sets them apart from other competitors. I would happily use and recommend their services again.

I think Parcel Monkey is great.
I booked a collection from Parcel Force. There was no indication of when the collection would be. Emailed Parcel Force to ask for a time, who came back 5 days later saying ask PM!
Would use PM again, but probably avoided PF if poss.

Had to reschedule a pick up of my paintings as the driver turned up to the address and then disappeared as they were bringing the parcel down to him. Parcel monkey people were very good in arranging another collection free of charge, but now I have the paintings home they are extremely damaged, it looks like all 3 pieces were dropped from a height. I would normally pay for the extra coverage but parcel monkey dont allow cover on paintings. Will never use them again

Postage was cheap however parcels not delivered on time. No ability to speak to anyone at Parcel Monkey. You have to go through the support centre. Takes days for replies. Inadequate responses. Not answering questions. Failing to follow up on claims. Disappointed!

Sent the package than me and the customer had to go through a nightmare to try and get parcel monkey to find and finally deliver the package. My customer was threatning ebay bad feedback action luckily he didnt as he knew i was dealing with monkey business. In the end to get the package delivered had to get in touch with dpd and they werent any better promissed to deliver twice but didnt the whole thing was a nightmare. I am glad i woke up. Dont think i will use mankey business again.

Easy to use. Just need to be careful with individual companies terms and conditions as dont always cover the size of parcel you put down but still come up as an option. The company I chose was about 15% cheaper than I could have got booking direct. They turned up on the day but I wasnt given a time. They delivered on the agreed day. No complaints but there are things that could be improved but that is probably more to do with the parcel company feeding information to parcel monkey than parcel monkey themselves. I will use them again.

Very easy to use, quick efficient method of finding the best way to courier items. Options for couriers where you dont need to print labels is useful if youre in a hurry or dont have access to a printer or youve run out if ink

shameful company should of came to pick up a parcel today to send back they sent conformation of the pick up waited in all day to be told it would be picked up by dx never came but took the money quick enough would not bother with this company """"""AVOID"""""" better companys out there use them these are no good at all

Booked and paid for a parcel collection but the courier concerned failed to turn up, despite me waiting in all day. Couldnt contact the courier company direct as I had no contact details all, just an order number, so contacted parcel monkey (several times throughout the day) via their "live chat" feature to find out what was happening, and just kept getting the standard response of "your collection can be anytime between 08:00 - 18:00" from the various operatives that answered my emails. When I informed them that the courier had actually sent me a message stating that they would be with me between 10:00 - 11:00, and it was now 16:15, parcel monkey asked if Id like them to reschedule, which I did. This had no additional cost and was quick and straightforward. The rescheduled pick up, again, did not happen in the time stated by the courier company, but they DID finally collect the parcel, albeit 4 hours late. For me, this was the first time of using parcel monkey, and it will probably be the last - I lost 2 days waiting about for couriers, getting more and more stressed-out. It would be SO much better if parcel monkey had a phone line where you could actually speak to an advisor about problems with pick ups/deliveries etc, rather than having to rely on "live chat", which at the end of the day, is a glorified email service. Also maybe a good idea to review the list of couriers they recommend, as the one I used (UKMail) was totally rubbish!

Not very impressed with the delivery of the parcel to the addressee in Sweden. According to the tracking the time taken to get to Malmo was just a day but thereafter its journey seems to have gone so slowly and the addressee has received no notification of its arrival 10 days after being sent!

Carrier didnt turn up on the booked date, as well there is no pick up window just "stay at home between 8am and 6pm". I asked Parcel Monkey at 5pm on the pick up day whether the pick up was still happening and was told yes its scheduled for today - make sure someone is in. Obviously they hadnt bothered to investigate at all with the carrier. Needles to say nobody turned up. All through various emails with parcel monkey I just got all the standard answers - very polite but it is evident that parcel monkey doesnt really care about a customer wasting a day as they do not attempt to communicate with their own carriers. Parcel has been picked up next day lunchtime by a very nice dx carrier who admitted I was just lucky the pick up happened so soon because he didnt have much load. I had been advised again by parcel monkey to stay in all day. Parcel monkey does not feel responsible for what their carriers do, even though they should as their business depends on customer satisfaction. If I can I will always go straight away to the delivery company now.

I ordered a collection, it was collected on the right day, the cost was reasonable and it was delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The Parcelmonkey interface was seamless. Only slight criticism - there was not a lot of choice of carrier
