The worst company ever, I booked the collection 8 times, and each times the outcome was that they attempted collection, I can assure you that I was at home each times, I checked the cameras of my building and nobody attempted nothing. Both parcels were pre-paid. The custom service kept telling me to rebook as they assure me the collection still 20 days after this are not collected.

The parcel was returned to sender address for an internal error, and damaged. They offered 20 pounds refund but (allegedly) paid it to a closed bank account regardless of indications, so effectively I lost 20 pounds and got my items damaged. Unusual experience.

Booked a collection via parcel monkey on Wednesday 25th with Parcel force 24h service, Monday 30th parcel is still sat in the office not collected, 2 failed collections so far meaning our customer is unhappy and we are £23 + VAT out of pocket; no offer of compensation or refund - we have parcels collected on a daily basis from our offices so what is the problem with this collection?

I stopped using them because the parcels were never picked up although collection paid for. As they were cheaper than parcel 2 go who never let me down I used them again. Paid for collection next day and again the collection never happened. It made me look unreliable to a new customer. Had to rearrange another collection and contacted them via web chat but not interested unless it wasn’t collected 2nd time. They did collect 2nd time but shouldn’t have to chase them to do what you’ve paid for. Best advise pay the extra few pounds and use parcel 2 go a far more reliable and better service.

Easy to book, competitive pricing and low cost to add on appropriate insurance for peace of mind for an expensive item. My chosen courier, collected and delivered on time.

Posted with Evri 19 October. ---- Parcel still not indicating delivery. latest update at 10.08 Monday 0ct 23. "Were sorry your parcel has been delayed.well update the tracking when its on its way ..........." So where is it? 6 days elapsed since 23rd October!!

Charged again for incorrect weight or size Utter joke £25 charge. I ship hundreds of parcels every week I over measure always to avoid this type of courier scamming. A disgrace and I WILL NOT USE AGAIN

My parcel despaired.I paid parcel monkey it was 10 KG .After collected they charged me again.Now after 25 days my parcel despaired.DPD informed me that they return to the parcel monkey so contact them .When I contact with parcel money they said contact DPD. Parcel money order number #9959026 DPD tracking number 15504145025203 Any one hare can you help me plz.How can I take them to court.Thank you

Absolutely rubbish. Beyond rubbish. I used this company a week ago. I bought an item off ebay and convinced the seller to let me purchase it if I organised a courier which he agreed but time was of the essence as he was moving house. Well the courier through PARCEL MONKEY picked it up on Monday just gone, I waited on Tuesday, excited, but nothing. I thought maybe Wednesday but I got a message from the seller telling me the item had been returned to him on the Tuesday. ?? It had a new label over his. Well I have been intouch with PARCRL MONKEY ever since, they have kept blagging me off. After first they accused me of cancelling the order, then it was that they are investing it, abd just today, the seller has sent me photos of my item as he unwrapped it as he had to cancel my order as too late now. My item a damaged beyond repair. I just relayed this to PARCEL MONKEY who now say I didnt take out the insurance to cover my parcel so they wont be refunding me. Do they not get it. I NEVER RECIEVED IT WETHER IT BE DAMAGED OR NOT. AVOID , AVOID, AVOID. Nothing but hassle. RUBBISH

Never having heard of parcel monkey I didnt really understand how it worked. But logged on.....filled in the form and my choices appeared. Excellent.....even for me and Im not that good with computer

I used Parcel Monkey to get quotes to send a gift parcel to France. They produced the labels and the custom forms and I was able to track the parcel though to delivery. The web site gave all the details/links needed. I have used them in the past and will be using them again for Christmas presents

The parcel was picked up by parcel force. The parcel was picked up 10 days ago and still hasnt been delivered to destination address. Now parcel force wont let me know the status of my parcel and have asked me to enquire with parcel monkey. Parcel Monkey dont have the status they need to contact parcel force, who are not giving the status of my parcel, so I am now waiting indefinitely for my parcel to be delivered. Horrible experience so far and the customer service of both parcel monkey and parcel force is unbelievably bad.

I’d never heard of Parcel Monkey ahead of the recommendation after a request to return an online purchase - that being a floor cleaner via Amazon. A large and heavy package, I was concerned as to how I’d manage the return … cue Parcel Monkey. Such an easy process - clear online instructions on how to; followed by a swift collection by a really friendly driver. It couldn’t have been any easier! I will most definitely turn to Parcel Monkey again, and would highly recommend this service to you all.

Never will I use parcel force again. Paid for next day pick up £26.38p and they never turned up until the day after so wasted 2 days. Contacted them only to be lied too. Asked for refund and they said they would investigate. I haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been a week.

I booked a shipment through them, when the courier came to collect it I was not given any proof of collection and the tracking never updated. Supposedly my package has just disappeared. Following over a week of trying to get them to locate it to no avail, they put another charge on my card for the shipping fee again as my package was "larger or heavier than stated". I had measured and weighed it carefully so this was impossible, but how on earth have they decided that when they dont know where it is? It is complete fraud, do not book through this company under any circumstance if you value your package or your money.
