Very easy to use, print at home and drop off in the designated place. Useful for me because my local post office doesn’t offer all (ParcelForce) services, but with ParcelMonkey I was able to order a 24hr service and drop it off locally rather than having to go to the major post office which is a pain to get parked near.

Poor service, Inaccurate information on shipment timings (was told 3-4 days, after 2 weeks still not delivered), Customs requirements / documentation (you full the forms they give you and then told there are more documents the recipient need to provide), follow ups. Things do not work and then you pretty much need to fend yourself to sort it out. Never again!

I submitted a strong challenge to an additional charge applied to a books return parcel sent using Parcel Monkey. The carrier was UPS and the receipt with the additional charge reported an actual weight of 35.5kg against my submitted declared weight of 4.70kg. The difference was so absurdly extreme as to be almost funny if it were not for the seriousness of the claim made through their service. I have detailed evidence of the parcel contents and can evidence the accuracy of the weight and have provided a copy of the books returned to Parcel Monkey. I received an automated reply that they were investigating this but nothing has been done since. A charge has been made against my credit card. I have let Parcel Monkey know that my next step will need to be through my Credit Card company indicating that I consider this additional charge a form of fraud or theft if not remedied by them. Mistakes can happen. A measure of a good service provider is to deal with them speedily and communicate back effectively. Neither has happened here.

Sent out a 24 hour delivery parcel on Thursday afternoon via Royal Mail. Missed next day delivery so accepted a Saturday delivery. Its now Monday and having tracked the parcel, it is still listed as at the hub. Very disappointed, considering I sent a similar parcel a week ago using Royal Mail and was delivered well within 24 hours. Hope the extra £1 payment works for a full refund and the parcel is delivered by end of today.

Waste of time did not collect parcel on time now 5 days late. customer service is a joke AI bot. This was my first and last time using Parcel Monkey. they only got 1 star as you cannot give zero

Parcel not delivered. Address should have read 1/45 as the house number but when I entered address it wouldn’t allow me to enter the /. So I kinda understand why it was not delivered. However I have had no reply to my email send to parcel monkey explaining the issue.

The parcel we sent was measured and weighed exactly, but after the collection and delivery I was informed of a charge of £76 extra as Parcel Monkey claimed the weights and dimensions were wrong, which they absolutely were not… the dimensions and weight was printed on the box! Money collected from my account, daylight robbery

Be aware of scam! after sending 1 kilo small size parcel to China got email with Disputed Charges claiming that my parcel was 24 kilo! Credit card was charged with additional 72£ They refuse to provide any original request from courier, so I suppose its purely their own "invention" to earn money while customer use service where size and dimensions are not indicated by courier.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY Started off great. Gave me a price online for delivery to get a package from UK door to door in Spain. All information provided at required and paid the full amount. Now I found that the price will double (no way to complain) and after 10 days still not arrived.

ParcelMonkey have been useless from beginning to end. I sent a parcel to Finland 20 days before Christmas with presents for my Mother and the family. It did not arrive on time because PM flagged it as imported goods and UPS started demanding an import licence from my Mother. There was no-one to sort it out, and when the holidays were over and my Mother was able to reach someone again, she was told the parcel was being returned to me. It is now the end of January, and the parcel as finally arrived in Southhampton. Ive been given the choice of picking it up myself (I live in London), or paying almost £20 for it to be returned to me. Ive asked for a refund of the orginal postage, but this cannot be requested until the parcel has been returned to me. It feels scammy. I get responses but they are all of the computer says no variety. My complaint does not get escalated. So once Ive paid for the return of the parcel, I will have paid PM near £50 to NOT deliver my parcel. I will then have to split the original parcel in 3 and mail it separately to nieces and Mum who all live in different places. That will cost a further £50. And of course, there is all the frustration and wasted time that this has taken. It is my advice to NEVER go near Parcelmonkey. They give monkeys a bad name.
