Ordered a parcel to be sent to Sweden. Only for the parcel to be lost for 10 days and not scanned then when I messaged ups for an update they said they were trying to locate it and within 15 mins the parcel was at a external company’s pick up office and my relative had to go get it her self!!! I bought guaranteed delivery within 3-5 days and she picked it up her self 14 days later! Awful and misleading

It took 10 days rather than 4-5 days and recipient had to pay €33 to receive parcel despite customs declaration. PM needs to research customs from UK to EU.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY They are scammer.I paid for a parcel to be deliver to spain before festive period they estimated 4 days and now passed 2 weeks and they dont have any idea where the parcel is.Trying to speak with them but theyr customer service its useless and keep telling me they dont have any update where can parcel be.

I love this website - its user friendly and presents all your available options and prices in one place. I have used it several times, especially for sending Christmas presents and have never been disappointed. Regardless of which service you choose your parcels progress can be tracked on your dashboard. Really cant fault it.

When I ordered the booking for my parcel to be shipped, it had said “arrived before Christmas!” Is has never arrived at Christmas or even now 4 days later, still nothing. On the tracking page it says delivery attempted on the 23.12. 22:20pm but the ring doorbell proves there has been no delivery attempt then or at all since then. Very disappointed!

Parcel was due to be collected on 22nd Dec to Deliver on 23rd. Was not collected. Contacted Live chat and basically told if the dont turn up before 6pm then you will have to rearrange. No compensation is available. Rearranged collection for 28 Dec so lets see if it arrives today! Why let orders be processed if the company has no intention of collected and delivering!!!!

Customers tried to cancel their orders because they didn’t think they would get them before Christmas but were amazed to receive them at 14.30 on

The parcel got there at the arranged time, however they had to pay to receive it. When I booked the delivery I chose to option to be paying any charges by the sender. Disappointed

The item was sent on the 22nd and it still hasnt been successfully delivered. We paid extra money to have an insurance which, in theory, would cover the whole cost of the delivery if the parcel wouldnt be shipped in time (allegedly, 2-3 working days). At this point were curious to see if Parcel Monkey will stick to their pledge, or if the company will claim some magical Xmas disruption which is unfortunately not covered by the insurance. So far the service has not been punctual as usual, nor we received any communication or explanations, so we can only give a negative review hoping that this will trigger better practices.

Easy drop off at local.post office and able to track item on its way. Only prib I had it wasnt the correct weight but ijust went by previous sticker on item.

No Live Chat, no contact phone number, their customer service is dependent on a flakey website. AVOID!! Quicker and safer to go direct to couriers.

I followed the instructions exactly as stated but when I took the parcel to the agent she told me I had to have 3 copies of the customs documents and not just the one. I had to take the parcel away and print more documents off.

Excellent service sending a parcel abroad to our son for Christmas, it arrived within 2 days! Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again, going through them got us the cheapest most reliable courier which was ups.

I dropped off a parcel on Monday 18th December having booked a Next Day service with FedEx via Parcel Monkey. The parcel wasn’t collected by FedEx until the 20th (the day AFTER it should have been DELIVERED), and it didn’t arrive until the 23rd. Compensation please, as contract wasn’t honoured.

Top hint: use a desktop or laptop to navigate the Parcel Monkey screens. My wife used her iPhone and the information was lost when she got "submit". Parcel Monkey worked quite well. We could clearly see the prices of the different couriers. Let down a little by the tracking capability. We selected UPS to send our parcel to the USA. Clicking the PM link took us to the UPS site, but we got the distent "unable to give you tracking information" errors, so were in the dark as to where it parcel was. For want is in OMs control, very good. I will use this service again.

The website etc is really easy to navigate but the time scales advertised for getting items over to Europe are not accurate. I paid extra for an express service (2-3 days), it’s now been 10 days and it’s not even out for delivery in the destination country yet.
