Easy to use website taking all the hassle of going to the post office. Much cheaper than the post office too. Parcel was picked up on Time and arrived at destination without any delay.

False advertising on their services. The delivery was announced as no label needed but after completing the order I was then told to attach the label. The customer service representative said that the information about labelling was clearly presented in the service description but after I checked I found nothing about needing a label. Clearly misrepresenting the product.

We used Parcel Monkey a few years ago, but stopped because we could never print the labels properly. Tried again recently and, unbelievably, the same issue is still present! The downloaded label is scaled correctly, but positioned right into the top left corner so some of the label information gets cut off. Although a usable label can be printed if Im prepared to do extra work, this shouldnt be necessary. Other parcel sites have managed to set this up correctly, so why not Parcel Monkey? I contacted their customer services, but got nowhere. Despite a detailed report of the problem, they didnt bother to read this and just kept saying that the label is a correct A4 PDF. Actually, its not, but the problem is the position, not the size and no matter how many times I tried to point this out, they arrogantly ignored this detail and kept arguing that theres nothing wrong. My requests for a call-back and a copy of their complaints procedure were also ignored. Does Parcel Monkey pay their technicians and customer service staff peanuts? That would explain the stupid label error and the awful service.

Absolutely rubbish company to deal with - worst customer support ever within the courier industry - always fobbing off - AVOID using them - btw they dont have a phone either

They gave me a choice of choosing a day for picking my parcels up. Took a day off work waited all day. They have not turned up, no email no text, when I finally got through to them, their answer was pick up is between 8am to 6pm. So I waited till 6pm still tge currier didnt turned up, so I stated a online chat and their explanation was they dont know what went wrong,they asked me if i want to arrange another day. Not happy at all payed over £90 parcel pickup fee, had to take 2 days off work without pay, I wont be using them ever again. They need to sort their communication out with the paying customer,

The site was very sensitive to use, I lost all my information twice and had to start over again also I had one space to many which wouldnt let me move to the next stage.

Everything was fantastic until right up to delivery, they dont even ring the bell just leave card in door. When people are there expecting it so now they have to make a trip to depot to get it.. This is 2nd time this has happened.

The only reason not a full 5 stars was the driver took the package from the pick-up point in London without the documents attached, and didnt respond when the help desk chased up, so for an unnerving few days I thought it lost forever. However despite the potential disaster it got here to Spain safe and sound, only a couple of days late, and the price was incredibly good so YAY and fantastically well done!
