DO NOT USE THEM! ALONG WITH another courier, THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have so many issues with these lot at the moment, its unbelievable!! 1. theyre trying to charge us for under-declaring an item, which we know is 100% untrue - its basically a scam in hope senders dont have proof of measurements! 2. 1 item sent 2 weeks ago to Norway, still hasnt left the UK. 3. An item needs collecting in France from a parcel shop - no indication as to which shop, or where. I emailed them 4 days ago, im yet to get a response. my customer is moments away from claiming his money back & us losing a very important sale.

Sending a parcel to Switzerland was easy, senders just need to know that three copies of the customs document are required with the parcel.

Brilliant. Took parcel to local drop off at 11:45 on Thursday and it was delivered at 1:20 on Friday. Great service at a very reasonable price

Parcel lost by the courier in Germany and despite paying extra for insurance, weeks later we are still chasing our loss. Responses from Parcel Monkey are slow and we are getting no where with it. In future ill pay the extra for a reputable company who value their customers.

Use Parcel Monkey for the first time to send a parcel to Hong Kong. Was very pleased - fraction of the cost of other sites. Parcel arrived safely just three days after leaving Uk.

Sent a parcel to my son in Australia, Sydney, really easy to orientate the site, fill in the The parcel invoice and make decisions on which courier I used.
Really reasonable, much better and straightforward than using the post office. Delivery was really quick and my son got his parcel all in one piece for Christmas. Definitely use again.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. A massive thank you to Monica who was brilliant. She was so so helpful. It was touch and go that the parcel was delivered at all , thanks to being given the incorrect postcode. My daughter is working in Banff Canada and we miss her so much. The parcel contained Christmas and Birthday gifts plus lots of her favourite food items as food is so expensive in Banff. It was also so much cheaper to use Parcel Monkey. £60 instead of over £125 if I had booked directly with UPS. Plus all of Parcel Monkeys support - priceless !
